When using the AdSync system, business information and general identifiers may be processed, including:

• Business name
• Type of business activity
• General contact details such as contact person name, phone number, and business email address
• Advertising account and platform identifiers

• Technical and operational data for security, support, and service improvement purposes

Information is processed solely for providing service to the business customer.

6. Information Source and Data Subject Consent

Information processed in the system:

• Is entered by the customer
• Or retrieved from third-party platforms according to permissions granted by the customer

Responsibility for obtaining consents from relevant data subjects lies with the customer.

7. Use of Third-Party APIs

The system uses official APIs of third-party platforms such as TikTok, Google, Meta, and others, according to permissions granted.

AdSync does not:

• Sell data
• Use data for independent advertising purposes
• Perform profiling or data enrichment for its own purposes

Data use is limited to service provision purposes only.

8. Party Roles in Data Processing

• The customer is the data owner and is defined as Data Controller, including with respect to their customers' data.
• AdSync operates as Data Processor only and does not determine the purposes of data use.

9. Information Sharing

Information is not sold or rented.

Limited information sharing may occur with:

• Infrastructure providers such as cloud, security, and monitoring services
• Authorized authorities in case of legal obligation

Sharing is done for service operation purposes only.

10. Data Storage and Security

• Information is stored in secure environments using industry-standard security measures.
• However, absolute immunity from unauthorized access cannot be guaranteed.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Data retention period is determined according to operational needs, agreements with the customer, and legal requirements.

Authorized customers may request:

• Disconnect connected third-party platforms
• Revoke API access permissions
• Remove active integrations
• Data deletion, subject to law and operational obligations

Requests relating to connections, permissions, or data managed by business customers or agencies will be handled through the connected business entity and according to the permissions granted by such entity.

Removal of integrations or connections will take effect according to the connected platform's policies and AdSync's technical processes.

• Advertising or profiling cookies are not used.

AdSync acts solely as a Data Processor with respect to business customers' and agencies' data and does not directly collect permissions from end-users or consumers.

AdSync does not sell personal data and does not use collected data for independent advertising profiling.

The AdSync mobile application may collect limited technical and operational data such as device-related technical identifiers, crash diagnostics, performance analytics, and user interaction information solely for authentication, security, platform stability, analytics, and service improvement purposes.

The application may send operational push notifications related to account activity, leads, campaigns, system updates, and other relevant events.

Phone numbers collected through the application are used exclusively for account authentication and user access management.

Terms of Service

This document constitutes a binding agreement between AdSync and any party using the website or system (hereinafter: the User or Customer).

• Act in accordance with the terms of use of the external platforms to which the system is connected

Responsibility for obtaining consents from data subjects, including the customer's end customers, lies solely with the customer.

5. Information and Privacy

Use of the services is subject to AdSync's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

The customer is the data owner and is defined as Data Controller.

AdSync operates as Data Processor only and does not determine the purposes of data use.

AdSync does not independently use the data and does not use it for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.

6. Third-Party API Connections

The system enables connection to third-party platforms such as TikTok, Google, Meta, and others, according to permissions granted by the customer.

AdSync is not responsible for:

• Availability of external platforms
• Changes to terms of use or policies of those platforms
• Restrictions, blocks, or access termination resulting from third parties

7. Prohibited Use

The following are prohibited:

• Using the system or website for illegal purposes
• Attempting to penetrate, damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access
• Copying, duplicating, reverse engineering, or using system code
• Use that exceeds the purposes for which the service was intended

AdSync may take action in case of violation of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the website, system, content, design, code, and branding belong to AdSync.

Copying, distributing, publishing, or using any part of the services without prior written approval is prohibited.

9. Service Availability and Changes

1. The phone number used to register in the app
2. Your full name (as it appears in the app)
3. The name of the agency or business you are associated with (if applicable)

What Data Will Be Deleted?

• Your user profile and account information
• Campaign data and analytics linked to your account
• Notification history and preferences
• Any other personal data stored in the application

Processing Timeline

We will process your request within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been successfully deleted.

Important Notes

• Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

• Deletion applies only to the end-user (client-facing) application data
